Miss California stays; who cares

If for nothing else Mr. Donald Trump runs with the opportunity to stay in the press like Al Sharpton capitalizes on the chance to march for an injustice.  We just had the painful agony of sitting through 3 hour season finale of Celebrity Apprentice and now he monopolizes the press just to tell us that someone we don't care about gets to continue being someone we don't care about. I mean really, since she didn't win Ms. America, do we keep if she stayed or not as Ms. California? Well maybe you do, but I certainly don't. I cant actually tell you the names of any of the women representing their individual state, instead the country.

"Carrie will remain Miss California," the Donald announced at a press conference this morning, adding that "we are in the 21st century." Translation: Donald really meant "I really enjoyed seeing those photos of you and encourage any of the other states winners who would like to share their pictures I will be more than happy to review them and you don't have to worry about losing your job."

Let me be positive, I am glad you got to keep your job Ms. CaliforniaCarrie Prejean, especially in this economy. Best of luck to you in the position.

Spread the word on Drake!

So I have recently been listening to what I am assuming is "unofficial" tracks from an artist named Drake. Instantly I am a fan. I had no clue about him, what he has done, who he is signed to, what he looks like, who roles with, nothing and frankly I didn't care. I just liked his music. I have since found some information on him,  as he is best known for playing Jimmy Brooks, the physically disabled character on Degrassi: The Next Generation. but feel free to read up on him here. "While working on his mixtapes, Drake has worked with Lil WayneTrey SongzRobin Thicke and Little Brother. Drake has also written for Jazz Cartier, Bishop Brigante, Lil WayneKeshia Chante and Dr. Dre," according to his Wikipedia. He is currently working on his debut album,Thank Me Later. He has that confident swagger that I think successful artist should have, but sadly not all of them do. Or it's usually the ones with far less talent. Check him out if you get a chance, he's got some joints on you tube. Check out his track Best I Ever Had on his myspace. It was spinning on the radio today, I think it's banging.
