Happily Unhappy

If its true and we are all in charge of our own destiny, then we must all be in control of our own happiness too, right? Is there a happiness switch? Can we decide that we are tired of being unhappy and then start being happy? If so, then if we are unhappy its of our own doing and we are making the choice to be that way for as long as we want or until we decide we want to be happy again.

WHOA, need a minute to digest that? We spend so much of our lives searching to find happiness from material things, a loved one, a better job, family and the list goes on and on, but what if the first and last stop on our quest for happiness is self?  Surely there is a point where is goes from a choice to a series of bad choices leading to not knowing the difference and ending up borderline crazy, right Brit.

Just a thought...

OMG, its like you're talking to me. Do you know me? Have you been living in my studio apartment in my closet listening to my thoughts. I KNOW what i should be doing. I did not ask for your help so "give me free". However, if you're referring to brit brit, then let me harp in and be the kettle. No, no. I promised myself just two comments ago that I was going to reflect, react and repeat. So let me play devils advocate. That girl is hurting badly. She lost her man (cuz lets me honest he luuuuh him some black tail) even though she tried to buy his a**. So that backfires. She loses her kids, and the black tail that was in the picture with her husband to begin with resurfaces her ugly head (she ain't cute, be serious) and i'm sure is part-time raising brits children. Wouldn't you lose your damn mind and start being all sorts of irresponsible just to forget what the heck is in front of you. I KNOOWWW mothers don't have that luxury to come off as week and needy or in Brits case, bipolar. Give the child a break (she is a child, she can't help her mental capacity). Hopefully, she'll get it right. Its sad to see the demise of anyone (and i'm no fan of Brit Brit) but the demise of a dream is painful no-matter whose dream it was.
